I don't know why it took me so long to realize that it is the small steps that actually start moving you in big directions. I think I just forgot. I somehow fell into being all talk and little action. So I started making lists called the "If you do nothing else" lists. They are small lists of small actions that I can take each day to get me closer to the big things that I want to do. I have decided to post them.
